"We had a good surprise - a room key with a bottle of champagne :) The hotel is not far from the old town, only 10 minutes walking distance. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Good service and good breakfast. It was good choice for our stay in Colmar. "

"Firstly the property does not have its own parking. It’s a public car park that you need to walk to. Nowhere did it mention the height restrictions. Due to our car being too big for it we were asked to park even more further away. The stuff speaks poor English which makes it hard to communicate with them. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a very loud constant beeping noise, like an alarm which lasted for about 5 minutes. The breakfast was very basic and not a lot of choice....

"We booked it last minute, in Europe usually you cannot check in after 8pm so having a 24 hour front desk for travelers is a huge bonus. We just parked on the street but I believe they’re have a garage as well. Also enjoyed check out at noon"

"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "Wow, the reviews were right, this place is exceptional. Huge, soft bed, the latest touch switch LED lights. A rarity in this price: room aircon. The friendly staff went above & beyond. Even the in house restaurant offers genuine home cooked meals for a very reasonable flat rate. Check in & out was all online and very easy. Fantastic."

"Well located within walking distancevof the delightful village if Eguishiem. Reception staff helpful . Reception hours where a little short onlynope 6 hours a day. Swimming pool was good. Room was adequate but needed a good dusting. Plenty of towels provided. "

"I booked the hotel whilst driving back from Italy to England, so literally half an hour before I arrived. At reception I asked for a table in the restaurant for that evening and was told it was fully booked, it was empty! I came back having been made to eat elsewhere and upon my return the restaurant had just two tables being used. I got a drink from the bar which was very expensive. The room was adequate and clean but cramped. Also the bed was under the eves so the risk of banging your head in...
