Generally the property is very good. We did have a few issues with the room although they were addressed immediately. The restaurant is OK, very crowded with tourist groups. I’d skip the morning breakfast, there are many cafes nearby with better offerings.

Stayed here for 4 nights to go to the Christmas markets in the surrounding area. Very nice hotel, convenient to many locations (Colmar, Strassbourgh, etc.). Easy to walk to Petite Venice in Colmar and right across the street from the train station. There are a few restaurants in the neighborhood as well as a great bistro in the hotel.

A nice charming grand hotel right next to the train station and the bus terminal, easy to go visiting Eguisheim, Riquewihr, etc. It is a 10-min walking to the Colmar old town. Hotel staff was frinedly, the room was clean.

Good location for the Christmas markets, just a 10-minute walk. Across the street from the train station. Good breakfast but would expect some hot options for that price. Clean rooms. The twin beds pushed together were a bit awkward for a couple. Warm shower with good water pressure.

This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!

Excellent base for train travel through the Alsace area. This hotel is directly across from the train station. We walked out the front door 10 mins before our train arrival. 10 min. walk into old town Colmar. Very convenient and comfortable.

The hotel was nice however cleaning service did not refresh the sheets. There was only one person supposedly working in the hotel and we had trouble getting a playpen for our child and was initially told we wouldn’t have one if she couldn’t find it. Main attraction is its location straight across from the Colmar train station. Other than that, food is mediocre and property can use a major remodeling work as it looks and feels worn out.
