"The Anda Pearl Premier Resort is a retreat, with a private beach, swimming pool, and restaurant, in an enclosed compound. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a covered balcony. Amenities of water, coffee and even a hair dryer were very much appreciated. I can't say enough about our the staff. They were very helpful and kind. They are constantly working to keep the property well groomed and maintained. The breakfast was very good and filling. The restaurant is open for lunch...

"the property is nice. bathroom is moldy and out dated. pool is too small for crowd of families and screaming kids. i came to relax and all i can hear are screaming kids day and nights."

"Pool wasnt very clean, rooms were just ok"

"It was an excellent stay. The view was stunning, foods are delicious, staff are friendly and polite. It’s a highly recommended to stay. Thank you for having us."

"The room was spotless and there was everything we needed from bottle openers to a microwave. The staff went above and beyond for us. They invited our little family to enjoy a Christmas lunch with their friends and family and it was wonderful."

"This was a wonderful find when visiting Anda. This property was it's own little waterfront enclave with a private entrance set on a cliff above its own beach. We had a private bungalow next to the pool, hot tub, and restaurant. The room was well laid out and impeccable. Your own private deck overlooking the water was very enjoyable. Not a crowing rooster or barking dog to be heard, which is rare in the Philippines. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed that breakfast was...

"Rooms and area are very small. No restaurant in walking distance."

"The property owners were very accommodating. The property itself was beautiful and the rooms were lovely. Conveniently attached to a bar in case any expats read this. "

"VERY NICE PLACE AND THE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY"

"2nd stay with J&R, and we'll be back again!"

"Great location, great staff, great breakfast. Cozy, private and modern. Close to Quinale and down the street from Cabagnow cave pool. Had a great stay, will stay again."

"I won't hesitate going back here. It's a no frill hotel. It's not beachfront but centrally located to the food which is the next important thing to any vacation. It's relatively new. Room and bathroom are inexpensive but well maintained. I like that they provide complimentary hot and cold drinks. Special mention to Marie who assisted us during our checkin when our room was not yet available. The only suggestion I could think: parking for guests. As I understand, they intend to have more rooms."

"Would have stayed 6 nights, checked out after 4. Was simply too badly run hotel. + Nice staff - No room cleaning. -The air conditioning was bad and sounded terrible, couldn't sleep .. - No water in the shower and the toilet barely worked. - The food at the hotel was very limited. Could have been a good hotel, but unfortunately it is too much that does not meet expectations."
