"Overall it’s good value for money, there is so much noise at night and early in the morning when people leave for chichen itza , i could sleep well but my boyfriend couldn’t. I also didn’t get good vibes from the staff tbh, they only say: check in at 3 without checking if the room is empty so u can rest on a hot day. Everywhere else did so but here no. I hope they learn to be nicer and a bit more flexible "

"Too noisy!!! Outside dogs , fireworks, loud music and loud traffic all night TOO bright in room. Lots of light from hallways enters room all night. Too bad bc the room is gorgeous and bed comfortable. Spotless and stylish. Front a staff was helpful and location is handy to main plaza and the cancellation district. The open look of hotel is beautiful aesthetically but the noise and light were impossible to sleep throug. "
