"Staff was incredibly helpful in answering questions about the local area and in holding our luggage before and after our reservation. All staff we encountered spoke English which is always helpful. Room was clean with only minor evidence of wear (older carpet and marks on walls). Beds were comfy, only complaint is there weren’t enough pillows (which is typical in Japan), but we made do and still slept really well. "Hotel is great, it's clean, comfy and good location. This time we had an issue with 1 staff on the front desk that was quite annoying. It was sorted out by the manager, they apologized and fixed everything for us, but it was a very unpleasant situation."
