"Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never again!"

"Room cold, toilet a little smelly. No tea or coffee until asked reception. They provided but no cups. Had a steak which was tough. Best point was friendly staff. "
