"On check in Jason was very helpful and we were able to check in early, The room was clean and quite adequate for a 2 night stay. The hotel is about a 15 min drive from the center of Swansea.The center of Swansea was a little disapointing, Next to the hotel there is a Harvester and we are here on the first night. It was standard pub food and reasonably priced. Woul d use the hotel if in the area again, "

"Food is always good. Beer also good. Staff are really pleasant. Some rooms could do with undating and improving general decoration. Stunning area. "

"Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The WiFi wasn’t very good and to get the gym or pool access card you have to go to reception and hand in your key which is a bit odd. Other than that, superb!"

"Myself and my husband, stayed at the twelve nights on thursday 6th june after a take that concert. I found my experience from start to finish was exceptional from the staff to the amazing breakfast cooked by rosie. Who deserves a special mention. Will definitely be back "

"The setting is a lovely village green, a great place to try out the various ales on tap. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Although we found the beds uncomfortable. Breakfast is recommended especially at £7.50 per head, per morning (if you pay upfront). Although there are items missing that were on the online menu, everyone including me kept asking for the pancakes! Would highly recommend, as long as you can stomach the usual noise associated with a pub and unsupportive...

"This was our second stay at The Great House. Last time we had a room in the hotel building this time it was in the "annex". Very comfortable, large room. Staff were all really nice, very good breakfast on both days. Enjoyed the cocktails too. Thanks to all the team."

"Room was small/compact. No biscuits on hospitality tray. Have never seen such poor quality toilet paper - small sized sheets of loo paper, too. A hair on the sink. "
