"My best friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Villa Reverie and would love to come back in the future. Ingrid took great care of us checking in, and Michael (spelling?) and Davide took care of us throughout the stay. The property was in close proximity to the Bellano station which made getting around super easy. The only issue is we could not get the AC to work in our room- we believe the settings were locked so they controlled it rather than let us change it- so sleeping was a bit rough....
"Was a very nice hotel. The staff was welcoming and the perfect stopover before continuing on to Italy. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station (10 minute walk with luggage) and the main town square and medieval fortress."

"The room I stayed in was wonderful, and the deck was absolutely beautiful. However, I found three centipedes, some of them quite large, as well as several spiders, which was quite unpleasant. I believe the room needs proper pest control and more attention to maintenance.
Another area that could be improved is the space underneath the deck and the room. There were materials and equipment scattered everywhere, making it look like an open storage area. It could definitely be better organized and...
