"When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. The hotel staff was not willing to give us any refund but wanted to change us to a room they called an upgrade due to better view from the balcony. The hotel is right on the beach, and a ten minute walk into the center of Kissamos where you'll find great restaurants and cute little shops. Kissamos is a wonderful hidden gem, and if you stay there, definitely give Nautilus Bay a try, my wife and I will definitely be back!"

"Vi hadde rom i kjelleren. Svalt og fint, med egen terrasse ut mot hagen. Tilgang til tørkestativ så man kunne henge opp våte håndduker og badeklær ute. Aircondition på rommet - som riktig nok ikke var så enkel å forstå seg på da det alltid ble iskaldt på morgenen uansett hvilken temperatur vi hadde. God frokost for både store og små. Veldig hyggelig personale på hotellet. Rent og ryddig på fellesområdene og vaskerne var innom hver dag i ukedagene. Alltid ledig solseng ved hotellets basseng....
