"We stayed one night at Waves Motel and overall had a comfortable stay. The lady at reception was very polite and kindly accommodated our request for a ground-floor room, which we really appreciated. For a motel, the room was surprisingly well equipped, with cutlery and dishes available, making it more convenient than expected. "The bedroom was light and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with good towels. However the downstairs sitting area was very tight for space with the tv mounted on the stair banister rail. The photos do not accurately show the space as is. Also the parking spots are very narrow, my husband had to use the passenger door to access the drivers seat because a 4wd had parked in the next bay, not an ideal situation.."

None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"
