Clean and tidy, comfortable pillows and beds. The parking is tight when fully booked as it was when we stayed and is next door to a hotel which had live music on the night we stayed.

Comfort Inn Western,Warrnambool was a suitable overnight stay after a day out at Port Campbell. It was close to many dining options. Dinner was a 5 minute walk to Liebig St and breakfast was just around the corner (a one minute walk!).

Great location- proximity to the railway station is very good. Staff were super helpful as I had booked the wrong date but they had capacity to accommodate us and alter our booking without charge. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We were able to leave our luggage safely at Reception until it was time to catch our train back to Geelong. Warrnambool and the Comfort Inn Western provided us with a delightful change of scenery and an enjoyable stay.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. Was in walking distance to restaurants conveniently located next to IGA. Our room didn't have a fan in the bathroom which is probably why there were black spots on the ceiling both the basin and the shower pan had cracks. Had off road parking which was good but was very tight for larger vehicles and there was no designated parking spots
