"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

Very surprised to find such a good hotel did not have AC. Liked the quirky lift. "Lovely hotel, very well located, in the beautiful town of Honfleur. Fantastic friendly warm welcome from the young lady who spoke perfect English. Very grateful to have received a free upgrade to a corner room with lovely views over the harbour. Very short walk into the town and marina areas. Car park within 100m - only 12euro per 24 hours. Fantastic breakfast. Can't wait to return to this lovely hotel. Special thanks to the receptionist when we checked in around 3.45pm on 22 May 2024. "

"Everything is great. The only problem: There are 2 hotels with the same name, Odalys, and they are about 500 meters apart. I went to the wrong one. Parking is a little tricky if you arrive at night because it is difficult to know and see where the paid parking lots are. Once you are there, it is a GREAT place to stay."

"This accommodation is basic. The kitchen woul be more useful with better utensils eg a sharp knife, veg peeler, chopping board. The beds were very comfortable with ample bedding and the bathroom and toilet were fine. The WiFi was hopeless. There is ample parking near each apartment. We had a very pleasant stay."

"We stayed at the Kyriad to be near family in Dives-sur-Mer. I was excited by all the facilities on offer at this hotel (check opening times). The studio room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and for a fee of 10€, a sink with hob. We both slept well in the temperature controlled room. I enjoyed the waterfall shower. Note: To operate push the ring upwards. With close proximity to Lidl(for shopping), Dive, Cabourg for entertainment. Overall a great place to stay. "
