"Note that this is not a hotel but it’s managed by a hotel management. The unit we had was a townhouse, spacious and big. Recommend to change the bulbs in the unit as it’s quit dim and yellow. Amenities were good, we used the pickleball court (free of charge and can be booked through the hotel management. The infinity pool and sauna was nice too."
"We had a room that was right beside the outdoor AC unit and it was very noisy and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. Also the water in the shower and other taps would at best only be lukewarm. After two nights I asked about it and apparently there was something not working in the shower tap that prevented it from getting hot water. The location by Muskoka Bay, the ships going on cruises and restaurants was excellent. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices. If it had not...
"Helpful staff, quiet room, great amenities, included breakfast was lovely. The Rousseau restaurant was fantastic, we enjoyed it so much the first night we had to go back the next night. Enjoyed the spa and kayaks available for use on the lake."
"I was actually unable to visit the property due to a sudden health issue, but the rest of my party was and the feedback was that they loved it. The service, view from room and food all praised."
"When we were arrived, we were greeted by the owner who was cleaning our parking spot of the snow. Super friendly and wonderful check-in. The room was very quaint and clean (other than a bone under the bed). All was wonderful, other than there were very minimal receptacles, but we travel with enough cords to deal with our CPAP and Laptop. The Wi-Fi for the laptop kept dropping out, but other than that, we will most certainly stay again. "
"I absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was really really nice. We were going to the KEE to Bala and it was 5-minute walk. Couldn't have been more perfect. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again"
"We were met with a beautiful cabin! It was nice and toasty and very clean. We also ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of every staff member there! They also had a great playlist of as soon as we entered the restaurant!
We would highly recommend this resort!"
"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. We were greeted by loud shouting and kids running up and down the halls. Apparently a junior hockey team was staying here, and the...
