"We went with one of the smaller rooms in the hotel for 1 night, let me just start off by saying, the hotel staff is so nice, main floor is great and clean, bed room was fairly clean, hallways/ elevators smelled cleaned but looked a bit dirty, definitely a good hotel for 1 person or 2 if the other person doesn't mind seeing you go to the bathroom/ smelling you go to the bathroom, our bathroom/ bedroom was seperated by a glass wall and a sliding glass door that didnt have a complete seal, so let...
"Beautiful hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. We only stayed one night for an event we attended and it was close enough to the center."
"Hotel indigo Bath was a perfect location for walking and exploring. Also the beautiful scenery as you walk in and out of the hotel made it even more relaxing. Staff was very kind. Some fixtures were older and could use an update. The shower head and a connector fell off when used. They do not offer room service with coffee or tea to the room but do have some instant options available to make in the room."
"Lovely location, although it's a bus ride into Bath centre.
River walks nearby, on site Italian restaurant.
Good size room although en suite was quite cosy. Plenty of on site parking although they do make a charge."
"Fine value for what we paid. Nice location! Fairly quiet neighborhood and dozens of places to eat with a 10 minute walk.
Gentlemen: if we take our wives here for our anniversary, we might find we're not celebrating that anniversary the following year if you know what I mean :-)"
"They gave us an accessible room and that was very helpful for my husband. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious. The hotel was in the perfect location for everything we were doing. I was disappointed the breakfast ended at 9 AM it never gave me the opportunity to have it. Night staff said it ended at 10 and it didn't. We requested late check out and paid 20£ for two hours extra time. Unfortunately cleaners were not made aware so they still barged in the morning of and after being...
"The place is very dated, could do with a little TLC. There is no lift to the upper rooms, had it stated this on the website, I would not have booked.
Having mobility problems, but not enough to have an accessable room, it was difficult with the stairs and luggage, however the receptionist did offer help. The room was clean but the plumbing very noisy! If you are at the front of the building, the road is very noisy, all through the night, especially if you sleep with the window open, with the hot...
"Excellent hotel with efficient and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a lovely room on a higher floor. Large suite with great views.A quality breakfast was also included in the price."
"I paid Expedia in advance for 3 rooms but was then asked to pay on arrival in order to check in. I have been asking for a refund for over 3 weeks now and so far have only been refunded for one room."
