"The room was full of dust, clearly not cleaned or halfheartedly done. Toilet were dirty and no hand soap was available.
Staff were nonchalant and one had severe attitude when I asked why did you need me to hand write my CC details when they were already used for the booking. And i showed it as requested.
The building seemed more like a back packer. TV was old and no option for Netflix or other apps. I felt back in 2000.
The heater could not be turned off it was unbearable. Sleeping was almost...
"Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out.
And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit!
We'll definitely be coming back. "
"Not given the door code, email was mean to give it but the space was blank. However the mobile number you can call from the front car park board is promptly answered. Previous guests do not always know how to clean dishes and this small room does not have a dishwasher, It would be good for the cleaner to check cleanliness of dishes and wash them again if not clean. It would be nice to have some coffee sachets - far too many tea bags and no coffee......
Otherwise it is a great place to stay,...
"I am extremely disappointed with our experience at your hotel.
We arrived at 2:00 pm, but there was no one at reception. We had to wait for almost two hours before we were able to speak with a staff member. Before arriving, I had called the hotel to ask if an early check-in was possible. I was told that if the room was not ready, our luggage would at least be stored in a safe place. However, the luggage storage area under the stairs was very small and unsecured, and anyone could easily access...

"Very noisy,hear everything from other rooms, we were told where to park and did so then somebody else parked in front of our room started reving his car at 6.30 in the morning, badly lit at night, we drove straight past it 10pm , definitely would not recommend it to anybody, our total bill was taken out in December without our knowledge."
