"Room was spacious"

"I was disappointed with the extra fees for parking and lack of direction when checking in. Very vague and not very accommodating! The concierge turned me away and said come back? Check in and check out time was only 17 hours. Not even a 24 hour window? Overall is a nice place but service was not good at all and disappointing. Thank you"

"We loved it here it was clean! Everything is super close and the view of the mountains is amazing."

"The hotel is gorgeous! The room is perfect! The view, fireplace and little porch off the room are sweet and create a romantic atmosphere. BUT the pool which I was told was open was covered and couldn't find anyone at the front desk for almost 30 minutes. Seemed so understaffed we didn't even bother going to the restaurant."

"Convenient Parking"

"Quite! Comfy! Relaxing! Staff Amazing! 😊"

"Great location with beautiful views. Layout of the room was great, only downside was no desk area, but minor issue. Shower is huge and was awesome. Check-in is a bit wonky, as it's not immediately clear how to lookup your name in the kiosk, and if you leave off anything it won't return your reservation. Called and spoke to a lovely person who helped out, and was solved in a few minutes. Parking was easy to get in and out, and the property is close to all sorts of restaurants and a short walk up...

"I didn’t like I encountered centipede at my room and the response was to throw it away."

"Park hotel in Park city on Main Street was extremely convenient to stores shopping restaurants. Very vibrant town. The condo was spacious. A bit outdated though with appliances. But it was perfect for our needs. I would stay there again."

"Great location and comfortable room. "

"Didn’t like not having a coffee shop or market place for essential things. Loved staff and pool area."

"The room itself was nice, the building was not. It was really hard to find. The customer service was great. The check in email they send was very detailed yet it was still really hard to find our building. The parking garage had no spots for us but luckily there was a big parking lot close by for no charge. There was a lot of construction going on."
