"Great property for one night stay before flight. The room is very big and very nice. Good shower. We didn’t use the restaurant as there is a nice one 5 mins walk away called Nacional which is great for a drink and snack or full meal. We arrived at 6pm and it was easy to park in the road outside as the workers from nearby offices had gone home but when we left at 8.30 the next morning the road was full of cars but I’m sure there would still be parking maybe a longer walk away. "Extremely dirty and the beds had bugs. Couldn’t sleep the whole night from the noise and the smell of the hotel. Smells like sewer. Towels were not clean. Bath room was dirty and the room is extremely small. Worst experience ever."

"The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues. I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this...

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "We wanted an overnight stop halfway from Almeria to Santander without going into Madrid itself. The hotel was ideally situated just off the A2 and parking was available right outside the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel provided a late snack and drink when we arrived and a good value breakfast the next morning (4 Euros for a breakfast which included bacon and eggs!).
