The family in front of us had very boisterous kids that the reception team were very tolerant of and kept the parents reassured. Help with parking machine was good and check out was quick and easy too. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet service and the options were complete with cooked and continental options. Toaster worked! It was also very reasonably priced"

"1 night stay as a family of 4. (2 adults, 3.5 year old and 15 month old) At first I was a little reluctant to book, after seeing some bad reviews, but I'm glad I looked past them. The room was lovely! The perfect set up for what we wanted. We came away for my husbands 30th birthday and the location was a good mid point stay between where we were going over 2 days. The hotel even set up a low camp bed for our youngest, which saved us lugging her travel cot into the room. It was quite warm in the room and only a small desk fan available. We were on the 2nd floor and had to sleep with the windows all fully open and even then the children were unsettled. Luckily there is a park just around the corner, so we went for an early norning walk there. Breakfast was lovely! Staff were all friendly and chatty. We also sat in the garden for a drink in the evening, it was really nice and cool down there. The room was clean and well presented. Tea coffee and biscuits in the room. There was even a little fridge, perfect to store our daughters milk! We will definitely return if we head that way again. Thank you for a lovely stay!! "
