"Parking lot difficult to navigate with 20 foot truck, but most are."

"I would first like to rave about the staff at this property. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. What a treat! Our beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well. We ate breakfast at the buffet and we had nothing to complain about, it was lovely. Because of this we decided to leave our bags at the hotel storage, go sight seeing and on our way back we had an early dinner at the hotel….you didn’t disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back, Marlene"

"Great location"

"Check-in was very efficient and prompt which we truly appreciated after a very long travel day. Purchased a drink from the variety shop beside the front desk which we found to be very expensive. Too much for what it was. Although our room was quite clean, it felt very tired and extremely dark. The wall colours were very dark, which didn’t feel calm and relaxing. One bedside lamp did not work, which added to the overall darkness of the room."

"Full"

"Clean room a public areas. Location was fantastic, close to Restaurants, Pubs and subway. Front desk staff were great."

"La hospitalidad, amabilidad y atención de todo el personal del hotel es excelente. No me gustó que ninguno habla español. Es terrible que no consideren el turismo latinoamericano como un gran nicho de derrama de divisas para su país. Se compensa con la amabilidad, cortesía y respeto de la gente de Canadá en general. Volvería con gusto a este País."
