She always ensured we got the same room each time we returned, just as we requested. The location is perfect, and the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. "Just awful 😞 a large empty car park except for one car and a smashed glass bar door covered up with a piece of plywood greeted you when you drove in. It spoke volumes really. We checked in which was pleasant enough by a helpful young man, and checked out again 5 minutes later. Not a good sign when the cleaning team were still cleaning the bedrooms at 4.30pm. But the main thing was the overwhelming smell of the corridors and the rooms was enough to make your eyes water and you could still smell...
