"Great local character- clearly a well loved neighborhood place with congenial, family favoured pub! Terrific (large and tasty traditional) breakfast included. One drawback was much softer bed than I am used to. There is a shared bathroom that worked fine for me but might dissuade some. The location between Penzance and Marazion provides easy bus and walking access to both places. (Note that the morning bus is longer than usual due to its routing past local schools.) "A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. Shower by sauna very good. Hot tub and flooring near pool seemed like it could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet ok but much better ordering off the menu. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!"
"The hotel is located on the cliff and right near a beach which was good for a swim. It was about a 10min walk to the town centre and harbour. The room was good and breakfast was very nice. The staff were also quite helpful."

"Stay AWAY! This pub/inn is not fit for purpose and the manager will lie for his own gain bar staff very politely but some of the clientele (undesirable). Kitchen was closed chief had walked out. We walked in and never stayed in our room as it was clear it was not clean we complained asked for manager he never came we left he lied about us not a place I will ever visit again Expedia got in contact with him he lied again so he was paid we are out of pocket but at least we never had to spend more...
"Perfect find, really want to gatekeep this place because it’s sooo stunning but they really deserve a review, the best staff, the best view, great location, blue water white sand beaches at your footsteps, stargazing at night on the benches outside, lovely local area with plenty of sightseeing and walks / hikes to complete, would recommend for everybody to come and stay here, will definitely come back and stay longer."

"The rooms were very clean. The bed was very hard so if you like a soft bed this won’t do.
The breakfast on both mornings were very poor burnt toast served with over cooked bacon. On the first morning hash browns left off the order.
Ordered poached eggs on toast given one egg on a piece of toast nothing along side it to dress the plate very sad looking.
Second morning breakfast sausage looked very undercooked, bacon well done and once again toast burnt. Really sad as every time in the past the...
"Lovely location near Kimberley Park - be sure to visit the Lodge for coffee. Full kitchen - including washer/dryer - available to guests. Delightful linens. No onsite staff but they are readily available by phone."
