"We came for a graduation ceremony at UCSB and this hotel was relatively inexpensive compared to other properties so we were lucky to snag a room. The front staff is really kind and the property itself is clean and well-managed. We were only here for one night but our stay went well and we didn't have any issues. "

There is no comfortable spot on the property to sit snd lounge, metal chairs, are very uncomfortable to sit and relax.On the website, it showed you breakfast , cheese, wine and fruit. "Property has a very quaint feel to it, easy walk to the beach and State street. Only negative was that the hot water took almost 10 minutes to warm up (in the shower). We have stayed here before, must have been a fluke thing.... Overall great property to stay at, highly recommend."

"From the moment that we checked in-the friendliness and professionalism of Diego at the front desk through the lovely wine and cheese reception, the picturesque courtyard with garden benches, the pool and the tasty breakfast with fresh fruit, mini quiches and oatmeal among other items-we knew we had found a gem. "We LOVED the rooftop bar/restaurant. There’s live music on Fri & Sat nights and the happy-hour prices were super reasonable. The location was perfect with walkable shoppings and restaurants nearby. We stayed here during COVID & the place was exceptionally clean, same is true this time around too. There’s a brewery at a few parking lots behind the hotel. The staff is very friendly too!
