When I checked out, the front desk attendant was counting her register in the back office and, when I asked for assistance, she called out that she was still busy and would come out shortly. Experiences like this made it difficult to fully relax during my stay. With more attention to cleanliness and more attentive guest support, this property could offer a much stronger experience."
