"Colazione a costo esagerato, no bollitore per the o caffè in camera, phon terribile si fermava sempre, doccia con getto caldo/freddo a caso, cuscino terribile, no frigo in camera. Però pozione ottima"

"Hotel and property was nice. Room was tiny for 2 adults and a child."

"The hotel is old but the location is good."

"Prettig verblijf"

"I had a wonderful solo stay at this historic hotel! I was upgraded to a room with a giant bathtub and a terrace—both were very nice to have at the end of a busy day. The fans in the room (3 of them!) kept things cool on hot nights. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to everything you could need and a quick bus ride to the museums. Luxury shopping close by, too. Might not be that accessible for people with limited mobility."

"Gut"

"Prima hotel, rustige locatie. Vlakbij de halte Stresow en op loopafstand van Oud-Spandau."

"Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich in jeder Hinsicht."

"Hotel allowed us to check in early at 11:30am. Really appreciated!"
