"Room was clean and fine for our one night visit to Whanganui. Reception unavailability on telephone for lost item was a nuisance. Calling and leaving numerous messages within the "office hours" was frustrating. "

I liked the little additions that give it character .e.g. The lovely big light shade in the main bedroom, and a heater. The motel is painted a dark charcoal colour, but don't be put off by that as the staff are extremely helpful, and the suites are well presented."
