"The room was clean and had great facilities. The mattress was very comfortable.
Shower had good water pressure.
Good lighting options.
Well ventilated (Can’t stand airless bedrooms!)
Breakfast had good options.
Staff were really helpful.
We felt very well looked after for our small wedding reception meal. The balance between privacy and attentiveness was perfect. Staff went the extra mile to help with tracking down our taxi.

"All the staff I came across had a lovely helpful attitude. The room was basic, but that was what I paid for. Every where was clean. They have added double glazing inside the sash windows so although room was on the main high street it was super quiet - had a great night's sleep. Didn't have breakfast, but did have an evening meal which was OK nothing special."
"The Highcliffe is lovely. Beautiful rooms, easy access to the beach, lovely staff and complimentary breakfast. Just a short walk to the beach and several places to eat. The walk from the beach to the hotel is uphill, but it's only a few minutes walk and there is plenty of parking right outside the hotel."
