"We booked mainly because of the location and the indoor pool and spa which are perfect for young children as it is not deep the whole length of the pool . A 6 year old can stand in the pool but it is also great for adults to swim lengths. It was warm and the spa was great too. We appreciated being able to leave our car in the car park after our check out to give us a bit of time down on the waterfront in the morning, only a short walk down the road. "For a budget hotel the bed was really comfortable andthe room was reasonably sized which made the stay enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal and close to all shops, restaurants and with easy walking distance to major attractions. Would definitely choose to stay again when I'm next back in Auckland"

"We totally enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, very clean room with comfy bed. Convenient location straight off the motorway and opposite Westfield Newmarket. Awesome parking facilities"

"Nice apartment. lots of space. comfy beds. great view of the city and harbor. reasonably priced. however there is no parking apart from the inner city parking lots that are not wallet friendly. the hallways had that old ciggarette smell and you can hear the doors to the other rooms open and close quite loudly throughout the night. overall, not too bad."

"There was dead bugs that had been squashed into the wall, The shower leaked half of the water from the shower head hose. Some of the skirting boards were only half connected to the wall."

"I liked the bed, very soft and comfy. I liked how clean it was and the staff were nice. What I didn’t like was the noise from people at night time. It sounded like a bunch of people having a party without the music, I think I fell asleep around 1am."

"I enjoy the restaurant service.. nice to have a meal... breakfast in the morning"

"Me gustó la confianza y la comunicación por mensaje, pero me hubiera gustado una atención más personal. Que tuvieran personal a toda hora daría mayor seguridad. Sobre la limpieza diaria, no aseaban, solo ordenaban y tendían la cama."

"Tha man on reception was extremely helpful. Thank you!!!"

"4泊したが一度もベッドメイキングがなかった。ないのが通常のサービスかもしれないが。"

"Loved my stay, such a nice hotel"
