"You get what you pay for. Shower was clogged and very dirty. Toilet never stopped running. Window was open with no screen on a roof top. Easy access for robbery. The lady at the desk was very nice and tried to accomodate a new room with working shower. But no rooms were available. Only parking garage available down the road, but affordable."

"A bit dated rooms . Rooms a bit small. We were at back of property and view was bad as it looked down to the bins. Room needed painted as bad marks on walls. People walking in hall could be heard as we were beside back stairs. Had better rooms in other hotels for cheeper. Do not think i will book again."

"comfortable, quiet, great location and extremely helpful staff"

"Nice place to stay and very clean. There are not a lot of amenities close by (pub/restaurant)."

"Was disappointed in evening meal previous stay it was good this time was tasteless"

"The property was gorgeous, and in a great location. The staff was fantastic, room overlooking the castle-stunning! We got the breakfast. It is relatively inexpensive, and we were pretty sick of hotel breakfasts by the time we got to the Redcliffe, but this one was definitely better and excellent. I would definitely stay there again."

"El hotel es un hotel típico de cadena, pero está bastante cómodo, cuenta con habitaciones amplias y limpias. El desayuno es bueno y el personal fue muy amable en todo momento con nosotros. Muy importante si vas con auto es que cuentan con un estacionamiento bastante amplio y gratuito ya que es del hotel. La ubicación es buena, nosotros fuimos caminando al centro y llegamos en 12-15 minutos. La zona es bastante segura."
