"We secured two apartments (Superior Family Apartment with Balcony) from Elisabeth Downtown Apartments by First Host. The first apartment was fully renovated, bright, clean and depicted as in the photos. Unfortunately, our 2nd apartment was Nothing like the photos. Although it was comfortable, clean and had some renovations done to the kitchen & bedroom (great closet organizer) - it was literally 1/2 size of our first apartment and the bathroom was dated. This was communicated to the management...
