"The front desk agent, when I checked in, was super nice. She went above and beyond. I booked a room type which at the end I didn’t need and she accommodated me to an ideal room type that was ready. Room was ok. Bathroom needs touch up for sure. Phone was not working at all. A lot of foot noise above but I mean that’s ok. Not much of an issue. Next door neighbors were a bit rowdy. "It is a gem if you enjoy historic buildings. It has been well preserved. It's very affordable, the room had a small bathroom so we had to get creative with our toiletries, but the bed was comfy., it had a fridge but no microwave in the room. They had one available by the ice machine that you could use. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice . There is a restaurant attached and seems popular at night. We found the prices on the high side. It doesn't serve...

"Very quaint boutique hotel right on Sunset. Close to many restaurants, comedy clubs, and sites. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was clean, staff supportive, and the location cannot be beat. I have never stayed in such a nice university hotel (don’t even want to talk about NYU). Two thoughts though: some dining locations were closed for the summer, which was inconvenient, and also, why were all the floors so slippery?! Even the hallway carpet. Very strange. But 10/10 would stay here again! "

"The front desk concierges were awesome!! We flew in from Oklahoma City and was greeted with smiles and respect. Location was safe and centralized for what we were doing as far as activities go.
