"We arrived to the property. Front desk staff were very nice. The property was very dated and not maintained well since the last time we visited 8 years ago. We went in our room and is was absolutely disgusting. It had a terrible smell. No comforter on the bed. Only a dirty mattress cover. Most of the games in the arcade were broken. The water in the indoor pool looked dirty. We checked out immediately and demanded a refund. We will not be back."
"Four of us stayed for the weekend. We rented a suite. It had a kitchenette, dining/ office table, a pull out sofa and 2 queen beds. Tons of storage!!!! Updated, clean, helpful staff. Continental breakfast included. Great hotel! Would highly recommend!"

"Clean room. Hot water. Inn atmosphere. 10 included choices of hot breakfast in on site barn restaurant. Restaurant open every day for breakfast but supper only on Friday and Saturdays. Outdoor pool , fire pits and beautiful river access with seating. Hot tub , sauna and small movie theater for dvd playing inside. Also afternoon tea and cookies from 330/5pm in lobby!"
"We had stayed here 1 night last year and found the Inn very comfortable and cozy, so decided to return this year. The Inn is under new ownership and they were very accommodating to our needs. Our group had 4 different rooms. Each is unique. The rooms are not large, but comfy-cozy, with woodsy furnishings and very clean. "We had a wonderful weekend staying at the Inn at Jackson. Breakfast was delicious, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We loved the rustic charm of the inn, especially the friendly ghost that made the stay feel so unique. It was also such a treat seeing a bear outside while we were eating breakfast. We would definitely stay again."
