"The bed was very noisy/sqeaky. I couldn’t get access to the courtyard, it was locked and no access through my room. I had a dog and arrived late due to issues on the highway & no parking available except for in a mall parkade or alongside the building where there was a lot of homeless people staying. Otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful, just not an ideal area or location for myself and a dog."
