"Room was clean but showing age. Door handle to bathroom broken and hairdryer did not work. We had to change the fan as that was faulty. Reception were a bit put out because we asked for a replacement so we didn't mention the other faults.
Breakfast was fantastic.
We had the windows open because of the heat and it was not too noisy outside
Overall the hotel was very dark , almost as though they were saving money by not turning on lights.
Probably would stay again but not in the summer"
"Everything was great at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the amenities were useful and it’s in a great spot of the city. One thing I will say though was the cleanliness of some parts of the room. There were quite a few flies, which yes is normal of course but there was also a maggot on one of the coffee packs. Other than that, no complaints."
"Badkamer was niet proper, hadden een kamer aan de straatkant, niet te doen van het lawaai. Als je het raam dichtdeed was het niet te doen van de warmte. Weinig tot geen parkeergelegenheid. Openbare parking een eindje van het hotel. De matras was heel hard. Personeel was niet vriendelijk. Nochtans hadden we hier in mei al eens verbleven, maar voor ons niet meer voor herhaling vatbaar"
"An sich war alles in Ordnung. Es ist halt nichts besonderes. Es ist grundsätzlich sauber. Das Zimmer ist einfach gestaltet. Was mich aber sauer macht ist, dass ich dort mein Ladekabel vergessen habe (Original Apple) das natürlicherweise nicht gefunden worden ist. Nach dem Check Out habe ich es nach 2 Stunden später gemerkt und sofort angerufen. Mir wurde versprochen, es nachzusenden. Beim zweiten Anruf wurde angeblich nichts gefunden. Also wer seine Sachen vergisst, kann davon ausgehen, dass sie...
"كانت جيده والفندق جيد جدا
لكن فى اول يوم تم اعطائي ورقة بمواعيد الافطار وكان مكتوب بها السبت والاحد الى الساعه ١١ ووصلت للافطار الساعه ١٠.١٥ وقالو لي انه تم انتهاء وقت الافطار وانه الساعه ١٠ ولم يتم الافطار هناك
وفى ثاني يوم اعطيتهم الورقه التي مكتوب عليها انتهاء الافطار الساعه ١١ قالو ان هذه الورقة تم الغائها وهذا ليس خطائي
ورغم ذلك الموظفين وكل شيء جيد جدا "
"The stay was disappointing. My first room had a broken window, making it very warm and noisy, and the small fan provided did not work properly. Although I was moved to another room with a functioning window, it was still extremely hot and felt old and uncomfortable. The room and bathroom could also have been cleaner. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it."
