"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it.
The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ganzaie. Francesco and Nonna Laura made us feel so welcome and taken care of, that we left feeling like we were part of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure that our food allergies were catered for. Breakfast and dinner were always fantastic. The chef did an amazing job. And the cost for a family of four to stay and eat for two weeks was fabulous. Thank you Francesco and Nonna Laura. "
"Hote bellissimo in posizione centralissima. La camera pulitissima e silenziosa il personale davvero cortese e disponibile ma il punto di forza è stato davvero la colazione… fantastica! Qualunque cosa richiesta è arrivata con una qualità altissima!!! Tagliere formaggi/speck uova FANTASTICI!!! Ma anche il croissant caldi e appena sfornati e di ottima qualità…"
"La spa frequentata quasi esclusivamente da Nudisti andava comunicata prima dell'accesso meglio se in fase di prenotazione! Alcuni personaggi del personale (barista serale) è stato invadente quasi molesto al punto da roviare l'intera serata. L'hotel nel complesso non è male e la ristorazione insieme alla colazione artigianale ma comunque buona mi hanno convinto a non andare via in anticipo "
