"The bedding looked okay. The rest of the room very tired . Whole building looked ready for a big renovation. Bedroom walls had stains , curtain had a big tear. But as I said bed looked okay. It’s a budget hotel and that’s what you get "

"Lovely hotel staff polite and friendly checking in, our room was very small and a bit tired looking with some of the fittings looking a bit grubby and tatty and some marks on the wall, The bar and restaurant area were very nice and our breakfast was excellent. I would recommend going for an upgraded room hopefully a bit larger than ours."

"Visiting family in Reading so location was perfect. Plenty of parking and free of charge. Room was basic, clean apart from dust on bed frame and dressing table. Lovely clean white bed sheets and big white fluffy bath towels. Plug hole on sink and bath needed a good scrub. Reported to reception that the shower water was not flowing away very well and also when boiling the kettle steam was escaping onto the handle. Husband had breakfast, plenty of choice and good quality. We paid £55 in total...

"سيئة لا ابعد الحدود وغير صادقين في المواقف ، لايوجد مواقف سيارات كافيه وكانو يأجرونها على من خارج الفندق والنزلاء ليس لهم مواقف وهذا أغضبني جدا ، وغير لبقين في التعامل اسلوبهم سئ ، الفندق قديم جدا متهالك ، التدفئة غير جيده مفصولة كانت ،الفطور غير مناسب ، تقييم الفندق خادعني للأسف"

"We had the larger corner window room on the first floor, with canal views. Bef was small for a "King" -- international queen size in reality. Breakfast was good, though not as good as many of our other UK stays. Parking was easy, and the walk along the canal was nice. Dinner at the hotel wss good. Room could be noisy in warmer weather, as the terrace and patio of the restaurant are directly outside of the room. But weather was cold enough that nobody was outside during our stay, so quiet...
