"Can I just say how helpful and friendly the lady on reception was,we didn’t get her name but know she was Scottish. She made sure we had a suitable room as mobility was an issue and made sure all dietary requirements were sorted out before breakfast, she made check in Quick and easy, nothing was too much trouble. "We had a wonderful stay at Stoke Lodge hotel - our room was perfect and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and they went above and beyond, even leaving a card and towel sculpture in the shape of a wedding cake in our room to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary! We enjoyed spending time in the bar which was beautifully decorated and had a great atmosphere and loved using the pool facilities, especially the outdoor pool! Thank you so much!"
