"Booked a hotel stay for my husbands 70th birthday was not informed there was an event there people drunk and swearing had to wait 45 minutes for a drink awful experience should have been notified if there was a private event there would not have booked spoilt my husbands special birthday"

"Very unique property. Lovely Staff"

"Room was small but very clean. Toiled was too close to the sink. Great location and the staff were great!"

"Very clean room and friendly staff at reasonable price."

"There was no easy access to the airport by foot. Taxi was ok. Room was clean but very hot. This was easily resolved by turning the radiator off and opening the window. We were misled when booking thinking that the restaurant would be open. We had to order takeaway and wait 2 hours for food. The hotel does not accept cash which seems to be the way everyone is going. Staff were friendly and chatty."

"Clean room but basic. Ideal for a nights stay. Close to station and main street where night life is"

"Aways stay here, my go to place when in area"

"Walking distance to the bay and town was really good, 10-15 minute flat walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking on site was a great help. Rooms were a good size, clean and nicely maintained. The toilet was very low! The lift was a problem as it would not go down to ground floor unless someone was on the ground floor wanting to go up."

"Always a warm welcome when I visit this hotel, & the rooms are perfect for my needs. Plenty of hanging space, comfy bed, plenty of work-space, immaculate bathrooms. Can't fault it!"

"Clean room location and breakfast plus parking"

"Room fine. Contact lenses dried out on windowsill. But it’s fine for 1 night. View of stadium good."

"Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up…."

"This was our third visit to Parador 44. As always, the room was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was superb. It is always a real treat to stay here."

"Aircon was a bit noisy in the room, pool And sauna were closed for refurbishment and don’t seem to have read this prior to booking?"
