"Great time"

"I like the proximity to all the area activities"

"This hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures you see- it is more like a motel, the rooms open directly to the outside world, very misleading- it is not very close to downtown Broadway as it states, it is more music row. I was extremely surprised and disappointed upon checking in , please do your research before you book. You can hear the footsteps, music and talking of all the rooms around and above you, I would never book here again."

"We enjoyed our quick little stay for a concert! No complaints!"

"We had a very large room; however there was hardly any furniture in it! Only one chair to sit on. It made the room seem off-balance. The bathroom was very large, but cold."

"Great hotel highly recommend 5th floor bathroom was ✅"

"I was staying at a Gaylord property before my stay here and this was so much better. Very comfortable here"

"The front desk staff when we checked in at 11:30 pm was amazing. Friendly to us and very welcoming to our small dog. The breakfast was good, lots of options. Room was clean and spacious."

"The location was great - walking distance to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena - area felt safe. Room was clean and comfortable - Valet parking only onsite but in and out privileges. Would recommend for events at Bridgestone or CMA Hall of Fame - diagonally across street."

"Nothing"

"Great value for what it is!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was complimentary. The bed slept well. The shower was great."
