"The hotel is in an excellent location for Earlham Park, it has a nice breakfast and reception areas, plenty of parking, and the breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

"WARNING. This property is due/undergoing renovation to rooms. The bedrooms are in a dire state and whilst the bar has had a refurb the room we stayed in was sub par. Damaged furniture, high levels of dust everywhere in the suite- the word DUSTY actually written into the dusty window blinds! Not hoovered and old petals on the floor, and a sink that leaked from the base all over the floors (which were spongey anyway!) and another sink with the taps the incorrect way around and that came off in...

"Cheap and cheerful, so fine for one night in central Norwich at half the price of the Travelodge across the road. Room and bed were fine, though the double glazing needs updating and the bathroom needs upgrading and cleaning. Entrance is via a buzzer door on right of Nightclub below. Fortunately club wasn’t open midweek otherwise it would probably be very noisy. The outside street was very noisy and rowdy until about 1am. Overall it was very fair and affordable."

"Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later."

No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn."
"Balcony was unusable. Unstable plastic tall barstools which were useless and very uncommon. With armchairs dragged out of the room you couldn’t see over the tall concrete balcony at all. Paid extra for a room with a view!!
Management were rude and snobby. Not willing to help at all. We were shown two other rooms of the same type exactly but refurbished at least. Minutes later when we said we’d try to check out, because these rooms suddenly became unavailable, this woman offered no help at all....
