Castaway Resort

"We really enjoyed staying at Castaway. From our arrival the checkin process is relaxed and simple. The room was clean and tidy, the bed in our room was massive and comfy. The shower was great with good pressure. Grace at reception was excellent and is an assett to Castaway. Castaway is in a good location and is smaller than some other resorts, which made it quieter and relaxed. Arorangi has bells rung at 5am(!!) On weds/fri/sun for church, which was a shock the first time but doesn’t last long and is NOT a tsunami warning!"

"The location is great, right infront of the Airport. Resturant services available during lunch and dinner, tried several dishes and all are good. The room was spacious, clean and nice. The only problem is the noise from the bar at night."

"Would highly recommend and would stay again. Spacious clean rooms. Just across the road from the beach and had a nice refreshing pool. Used BBQ and borrowed reef shoes + snorkel. Nice vibe around the block as the rooms have terrace balconies opening to the garden and we were so lucky to have lovely easygoing neighbours 🙂 Shop and dining options just few minutes away"

"It was a great stay for a week in a quiet, clean and roomy 1 bedroom villa. The staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds were well cared for and the breakfast was delicious. We borrowed a kayak and life jackets, all in good order and complimentary. You should definitely stay here. (3 adults from Australia)"
