"Ciloms Airport Lounge is a no frills, but very pleasant as well as affordable, stay and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The swimming pool and spa pool are great but the water could have been a little warmer. The only problem is that it is a good 25 minutes walk from the other food outlets on Melrose Drive but the airport shuttle service is excellent. "

"Property is close to the Flinders Street Trams as well as the Spencer Street ones. Just a 5 minute walk from the Skybus terminal as well as Southern Cross Station. Makes getting around Melbourne easy."

"1 night stay as had early morning flight so was what we expected for the price. Staff very helpful as needed ground floor room due a disability. Couldn’t find remote for tv and no buttons on unit to turn it on. "

"Excellent value for money. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. Staff were friendly and efficient. Had a late check in (12am) and it was no problem at all. Would stay here again for convenience. The room was tidy and bathroom clean. The hallways did look a little run down but we did not spend too much time at the hotel anyways. Housekeeping was great:)"

"It would be greatly appreciated if they cleaned the room on third stay as advertised. If only staff have read or stay at reception, they would received my request on late arrival and replied soon via email if unreachable. Spare room is alternate solution but knowing theres major fault it will be great for a better substitute like room upgrade or refund a night. Location wise it’s very accessible for tram station. I shall rate 50-50."

"The unit was beautiful and clean. Our unit had a magnificent view but to have the view meant we were next to train tracks and road with a lot of noise. Check in was so smooth and easy staff were brilliant The hotel so central to everything "

"Conveniently located, only a short walk to Southern Cross station and there is a tram stop right at the front doors. The apartment was well equipped, with a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen, great for if you don’t want to eat out and are staying a while and need to do laundry. Only down side was the bed was quite uncomfortable, pillows were thin feather style and an older spring mattress that was quite firm. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne."
