"We needed accommodation with our dog. The room was spotless and fresh. Parking was outside the door. And a water view from the room. I was impressed that the room had drinks and snacks to purchase in the minibar/kitchen. Something you don't even find much in large hotels these days. "The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, within easy walking distance of Burnie town centre and local restaurants. The main downside was the parking. We weren’t able to get a parking spot at the hotel during our stay and had to use paid parking in the surrounding streets. "The cabin we were initially put in had a broken door and window screen. Would've been left in that cabin with my young children had i not have complained.Got moved to another cabin that had other issues with the toilet water running like a waterfall all.night. also had dirty hand towels with visible brown marks on them. Heaters did not heat up the cabin at all. Windows were not great as the breeze was coming Through th shut windows blowing the blinds all.night. could not sleep due to the issues....
