Suite was clean and comfortable, well appointed with lounge, table, modern tv and quiet fridge (hate a noisy fridge in hotel room). Location was well within walking distance to shops, restaurants and movie cinema. There was some noise in the room from loud cars but not late in the evening. The thing that I found annoying was the lack of hot water for morning shower. When I informed the lady at reception on check out I was underwhelmed by the response. Apart from that it was a good stay and would use again mainly because of the location.

The location is the only positive feedback I have. Customer service from front desk was lacking. Being told to climb on a chair at close to 70 to fix something is unexceptionable. No information about street closures so could not access the car park. Noise from other rooms very audible so walls are thin. Not value for money and would not stay again

Older hotel in fabulous location. Friendly staff. Room was large and very comfortable.
