"In my booking confirmation via Expedia the price for parking was confirmed to be 30 GBP per night, which is already quite expensive. However upon arrival the price was 50 GBP per night, which is just useless. Other hotels are able to honor the price confirmed at the time of the booking for existing bookings also when the car park is managed through an external company. During our time in the hotel the lift was broken which was a major annoyance. The rooms are very small for a family with four...

"The room was exceptionally clean as was the bathroom. There was constant hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable, although I did find the pillows a bit unforgiving. The soundproofing was excellent, which ensured a good night’s sleep."
