"What was unique, the size of the room, very large. Also liked the ceiling light, which brightened the room. I did not like the overall appearance of the hotel which could use a facelift. The shower was great. You could feel the mattress coils, very uncomfortable. The pillows felt like a bunch of cotton balls . No firm pillow, very uncomfortable."

"No response from customer service when I requested for full refund due to the elevators are not operational. My wife has walking disability which very difficult for her to take the steps."

"I. loved the very clean room, excellent pillows, amazing bathroom lighting, and the fact that even with a full hotel, elevators were coming quickly. The food at our luncheon and banquet was meh, but that was ok. Bathrooms at our convention got dirty and should have been serviced between our breaks, but otherwise everything was very good. One problem however, we reserved a room with two queens and they gave us a king, so we cancelled our reservation and came back by Expedia. A bit more pricey,...

"Great stay likes always"

"I arrived at the hotel early evening from a party at the Casino. The check in was quick and smooth; went to my room and turned in. I was surprised how quiet the place was. AC was working well, in fact, I had to turn it down because the room was a little too cool for me. I would stay there again."

"Breakfast was limited .. not much fresh fruit or options. Elevator super dirty the building itself looks outdated and not clean, pool area as well windows dirty chipped paint. The room I stayed in the bathtub wasn’t working well I was able to fix it myself I was there one night so I didn’t bother asking for another room."

"No issues what so ever. The check in and check out process were very fast and efficient. All staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean and larger than expected. Parking across the street was less expensive than originally thought, $7 instead of $10. The entrance was a little congested for a check in right before 4 pm, but they had an attendant that was moving cars through and even asked for my keys to move my car if needed while I went inside."

"The bathrooms need a deep clean. Dust and hair pushed into corners, the standard swiffer mop isn't always suitable. The pull out couch mattress had stains on it. The blower motor on the hvac unit had a bad bearing and it squealed all night-other option was enduring the heat. At face value it looks nice, but its not getting the attention it needs."

"It was a great location except construction. Lots of places to go to eat."
