"I love staying at the 3palms when ever I can afford it. It is a very nice and clean hotel the staff is amazing and nice."

"The property and the room was clean, although the room had a bit of a musty smell. The wall air conditioner was old with worn buttons that were hard to adjust and sounded a bit like a jet taking off."

"The pool & jacuzzi were closed. False advertising when booking. & during check in they only mention that there is construction WITH NO MENTION of the pool & spa being closed."

"The room was clean, but during my stay there was no hot water. Additionally, the hotel charged for parking even though they provided a ticket for guests to display on the dashboard. Be sure to mention these charges at the front desk, as they will waive them upon request."
