"Excellent hotel"

"First of all, there’s no one at the desk. You have to dial a number you get disconnected all the time. Communication is very bad. Also they advertise. That they have a restaurant bar. They told us it was closed. We asked for extra pillow. They couldn’t accommodate us that day because there were no staff on property ground."

"It was a no hassle check in and out process, the Host messaged a few days before with instructions on getting in. It was a little weird that you entered a restaurant to get to the elevator, but otherwise there was no issues getting into the property. There is no front desk but I believe you can message them with any inquiries - I tried to request a fresh towel and received no response but...

"Really good hotel."

When we arrived, we were told that our room is not available and we were given a very small Double room with a cot squeezed between 2 twin beds, one small window, no chairs or sofa, and almost no room for luggage of 3 adults. As compensation, the front desk offered us...
