"I am a regular at the Captain Cook Inn. It has an unique ambience which refects Staithes village itself. Bed extremely comfortable but the duvet was a higher tog than the heatwave needed."

I enjoyed the full English breakfast every morning which was cooked to order and a self service area for tea, coffee, toast etc. Since my last visit a couple of years ago the Wi-Fi has been much improved and the small TV has been replaced with a 40" smart TV. The grounds are always well kept. The only downside was using Expedia for the first time. They told me my room was booked but Saltburn House weren't sent my details. They could see that the room was booked but couldn't initially assign it to me, but after some minutes this was sorted out. "
