"It was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful!"

"I would have given them 5 stars, but they knocked on my door too many times for different reasons (cleaning the couch, changing the AC filter, and cleaning the room). I felt that these things should have been taken care of before the room was given to a guest or after the guest checked out. These interruptions made the stay less pleasant. Thats why i gave them 4stars Other than that everything else was fine."

"Strange not to have wash clothes in the bathroom and the remotes issued at the front desk but the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a stay and didn’t want to leave. And if you drive a car, be aware that parking is strictly enforced"

"The staff was very helpful, however, housekeeping was not doing their job correctly. I checked in on October 24th, the bedsheets were not changed, and i know because there was rice on the bed. I called front desk the next day ( by the way it was my bday), because the table with the coffee machine on it, was dirty, stained, and the coffee machine was also nasty. Housekeeping came, changed towels, made the bed without changing the sheets, did not clean well, and did not touch the coffee table....

"It’s a nice hotel overall, but these are a few details future guests may want to keep in mind: early check-in comes with an extra charge, there’s no taxi service, and the shuttle doesn’t operate at 5 a.m. The room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly."

"el desayuno es muy bueno y la atencion de la señora Zuny es muy agradable"
