"The room was clean and adequate, beds were singles and not comfortable, breakfast was as expected!"

Hotel seemed very popular with travellers. Liked the fact that there is a covered walkway to the hotel from T4 (with easy access to T2). But had to wait about 20 mins for a train to T4 from Heathrow Central (T2&3) as most trains appeared to be headed to T5. The two men serving the bar were engaged in a private conversation and...

"Great convenient hotel"

"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."

"The air conditioning was not working on the second floor. We had to change rooms due to a tub leak and a strong smell of mildew the second day. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very kind and responsive."
